Supercharge a 2005 Corvette, or upgrade to 2006 Z06?
I picked up a deal on ebay last year on ebay and purchased an 05 Black C6 Corvette. 400 Hp, 4.3 seconds 0-60, and am one of the few drivers who actually drives a corvette the way it was meant to be driven. (Fast and furious.)
A supercharger kit will run about 10K Canadian installed (which is close to US$$ now.)
I'm told she'll pull high 560 - 580hp to the rear, but still question the fact I don't have a Z51 suspension upgrade package, or an upgrade exhaust.
After these upgrades are done, I'll have less than $55,000 USD into this car (and she has low miles too)
Am I best to spend another 10+ grand in addition to this hypothetical upgrade to get an 2006 Z06? (505 hp, and all the bells and whistles)
